Our Story
Since our founding, Subek Agarwal and Associates has grown into a trusted name, expanding services and building long-lasting relationships with clients nationwide.
2014 – Foundation & Initial Expansion
Since its establishment in 2014 by CA Subek Agarwal and CA Priya Agarwal, the firm has demonstrated consistent growth and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Beginning with the opening of its Head Office in Kolkata and an additional branch in Mysuru, the foundation was laid for a journey marked by expansion and strengthened leadership.
2015 – Strengthened Leadership Begins
In 2015, the firm welcomed a new partner, Ms. Archana Agarwal, whose expertise further enriched its capabilities.
2017 – New Partner & Growth
The year 2017 marked another milestone, as Ms. Bhawana Agarwal joined the partnership, alongside the inauguration of the Bengaluru office, expanding the firm’s footprint in southern India.
2023 – Major Team Expansion
Continuing its trajectory of progress, 2023 witnessed significant growth with the addition of Ms. Jyoti Mittal and Ms. Knancy Sureka to the partnership, and the opening of the Ranchi office, extending the firm’s presence in eastern India.
2024 – Merger & Rapid Expansion
In 2024, the firm entered a transformative phase, marked by a strategic merger with Shilpa Dingayach & Co., resulting in Ms. Shilpa Dingayach joining the leadership team. This period also saw rapid geographical expansion with new offices established in Ahmedabad and Delhi, and the inclusion of Ms. Swati Agarwal as a valued partner.
2025 – Today
With multiple offices across India and inauguration of the new head office in Mysuru, we are serving clients nationwide with excellence and innovation.
