Foundation & Initial Expansion
Founded by CA Subek Agarwal and CA Priya Agarwal, with the Head Office in Kolkata and a branch in Mysuru — laying the foundation for a journey of expansion and strengthened leadership.
Strengthened Leadership
Ms. Archana Bhuwalka joined as partner, enriching the firm’s capabilities.
New Partner & Growth
Ms. Bhawana Agarwal joined the partnership, alongside the opening of the Bengaluru office, expanding our footprint in South India.
Major Team Expansion
Ms. Jyoti Mittal and Ms. Knancy Sureka joined the partnership, and the Ranchi office opened, extending our presence in East India.
Merger & Rapid Expansion
A strategic merger brought Ms. Shilpa Dangayach into leadership; new offices opened in Ahmedabad and New Delhi, and Ms. Swati Agarwal joined as partner.
